Christina O’Dea is a top Long & Foster Agent in the DC Metropolitan Area who is dedicated to help buyers & sellers navigate the often complex real estate sales process.

Christina was born and raised in Montgomery County Maryland, where she has resided for over 50 years. From the beginning of her real estate career, Christina was mentored by her mother and owner of Legendary Homes, Lynda O’Dea, who had become one of the most prominent luxury realtors in the DC Metro Area. Lynda founded Legendary Homes with extensive knowledge in business, technology, and marketing. Combining that with Christina’s precise eye for design, details, and expertise in staging. We have been able to ensure clients receive these added-value services to maximize value & minimize stress, helping make the sales process much more enjoyable.

Lynda O’Dea is the Founder & Owner of Legendary Homes and  has been a top real estate agent with Long & Foster’s top Bethesda office for many years. Lynda’s focus has always been on understanding her client’s needs, helping them find the best homes for sale to meet their requirements, and providing expert advice and information to help them effectively accomplish their buying and selling goals. Dillon Dahan is an Agent in Montgomery County, Maryland, whose lifelong passion for housing and interior design translates directly into his enthusiasm and dedication to helping buyers and sellers.

Dillon was born and raised in Montgomery County, He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2017. When asked “Why Real Estate?” he says it’s because he grew up passionate about the housing industry. His Mother (Christina) and Nana (Lynda) were extremely successful in the Real Estate industry during the pivotal times during his life. He remembers helping set up open houses for his mom on weekends while in high school and renting u-hauls to stage homes during his summers in college. On top of their line of work, Christina and Lynda were interior design enthusiasts, always taking on projects and beautifying their homes, hence where he developed his own keen eye for design.

Dillon feels fortunate to have had the ability to study 2 very successful agents throughout is upbringing.  He was able to see and learn the strengths of both Lynda and Christina, allowing him to develop a hybrid of their skill sets, such as; his understanding of technology, which allows him to help the team grow its marketing and organic presence on Google, through his extensive SEO work, keyword analysis and community page building. Dillon’s passion for and activeness within DMV area has also come to fruition when working with clients. Dillon has found that not all clients know exactly where they want to live, especially those coming from out of town and or first time home buyers. There are so many factors to consider, such as commutes, lifestyle preferences, and pricing of course. Dillon has found that being an area tourguide, is really an integral service to offer clients. Whether its recommending restaurants, taking time to drive clients on their potential commute path, and or planning a day for clients to explore what the DMV has to offer. Dillon knows the importance of showing what day to day life may be like.

However, Dillons work with technology, keen eye for design, and extensive knowledge of the Metropolitan area are not what he considers his greatest skill sets. What Dillon is most proud of is well as his ability to connect with clients. Dillon is a people person at his core, and he feels that is a “priceless attribute in this industry”, “my deep level of care and ability to listen, allow for clients to trust me and enjoy the process of selling and buying homes”.
