My husband and I reached out to Lynda because I saw she had over ten years of experience in the area and had very high ratings everywhere I checked. She got back to me very promptly and I appreciated that since I like responsiveness. She was a straight shooter with polish. She sent me information immediately on the house I was interested in and several others that were also promising. We met two days later and looked at several of them. I felt like I’d known Lynda for a while. We could talk very frankly and she was honest and direct as we toured houses. She obviously listened very closely to what we needed and the specifics of all our kids. That was impressive! She knows it all: school districts, commutes, traffic patterns, and most helpful to me, she has a strong understanding of the value in the house, meaning she can look at details such as appliances, windows, etc and tell you immediately if they are high end or sub-par. That was really important to me. And she is very honest in her assessments. She obviously takes pride in knowing her field and she takes her responsibility of representing your interests very seriously. She was a strong advocate for us at ALL times and set up everything including inspections (top-notch by the way) and met us according to our schedule– always. She was highly qualified and we have no reservations whatsoever in the full endorsement of her services. On a personal note, Lynda is an uncommon mixture of charm and good sense. She is a powerful person to have in your corner. She never hesitates to clarify and push for your needs when negotiating, and she is classy and genuine. I always felt she was being utterly transparent on all fronts and I felt very supported. We made it to the settlement without a hitch-and she made sure the builder was taking care of all the details to our satisfaction. It was a big purchase for us and at the end of it we felt really warmly towards her and completely overjoyed at the home we found. I feel we really lucked out in getting connected. She made the process enjoyable. Who says you can’t laugh while you house hunt? She is sharp and happens to be very stylish, but the main point is she knows her stuff (a must in this market). My husband really appreciated how concise and on point she was in her correspondence. I truly can’t imagine finding a home for our family with anyone better. It’s very clear to me that she really enjoys her profession.
